Our Retail Background:
Free Phone Factory, Ft Lauderdale, Florida 2003 to 2006 (Owners)
Free Phone Factory was started in November 2003 and began retail operations in March of 2004. Beginning with one store and growing to multiple locations within a year, the stores were multi- line carriers. In July 2004 the store in Oakland Park, Fl was the number one location for Cingular activations in the Florida market. Free Phone factory was started exclusively as a test case for our future expansion into offering turn key cellular businesses in the industry. The individual stores were sold one at a time so we could concentrate solely on offering our turn key cellular business.
Beepers N Phones, Ft Lauderdale, Florida 2002 to 2003 (Owners)
Beepers N Phones was opened in the Ft Lauderdale market in May of 2002. The company started with one location in the Broward Mall and rapidly expanded to 6 locations by December of that year. In calendar year 2002 the company had 9.6 million dollars in gross sales with a net of 1.9 million. In August of 2003 the store in Pembroke Lakes, Fl. was the number one T-Mobile location in the country for activations. The chain was sold in November of 2003 for a sizable profit.
